OMG - Mine is horriffic even thinking about it lol!!!
It was I think the second date I was going on with this guy. He came to my flat to pick me up, and he came in while I just picked up my bag and coat etc. to go. I was living in a tiny bedsit at the time, with an adjoining en-suite, but very thin walls lol! I made the dire mistake of not putting on some music or something when I had a last trip to the loo before I left. I had a completely unexpected, and rather prolonged, and VERY noisy, bout of 'the runs'......
OMG....

I seriously contemplated not coming out of the en-suite at all and just waiting for him to eventually leave lol!! In the end I braved coming out again, and he was blushing wildly!!! I made some joke about it though and we both ended up laughing about it - which was better I think lol!

I can not say a story. But I do not suggest to anyone to go for a blind-date. I had a few, but all of them was embarrasing from the first moment.
Oh yes, a "old" story came to my mind just now. It was Valentine day 2 years ago. We decided to go to the movie. (2months old relationship) In front of the movie he noticed her exgirfriend's friends. And go there to talk and left me on that place.. Well, as it was a fresh relationship, first I did not care with it, I bought the tickets, and was staring the shop-windows. But after a few minutes it became embarassing, and I was at the point to leave him, and go home. Later he did not understand why was it problem, but he tried to appologize. I could not forgive. It was one of the biggest mistakes a man can do on a date.

Yes, to walk off and leave your date for more than a second of two, while you talk to others makes your date feel very bored and as if he/she doesn't matter!

Nearly getting caught having an "increasingly hotter" makeout session by a park ranger. Considering the fact that we were both in our late 40's at the time, you've really got to respect the power of hormones, even in "oldies but goodies" like us! :)
I still laugh about that one! :)

I went out with my boyfriend and his family for dinner. Well we all had ribs and I wanted to portray the dainty little lady. I got a good solid grip on my rib and was about to delicately take a small like of the bbq sauce when all of a sudden the grease or the sauce made me loose my grip. That rib was not a projectile headed straight for my boyfriends mothers forehead. Yup sauce everywhere but on me. What a bulls eye!!!

I was on a blind date with this guy well after dinner we decided to meet up with some of my friends at a bar. My girlfriend went to go get me a shot well she came back with 2 one for her and one for me, she told me not to smell it just to do it. Red flags should have went up right then. The guy I was with was cheering me on to do it. So I did. I puked it back up all over the toable in front on me and all over his shoes. Needless to say he never called me again.

Mine's happened more than once; that's the embarrassing part.
While I have no problem whatsoever with being sociable and conversational on a date, I've had the past tendency of the more I like the person, the klutzier I become. This usually is shown by flinging food off my plate on accident (hit the neighboring table at an Indian restaurant once) or other random, asinine stuff.
Luckily, my boyfriend's got a great sense of humor. :)

You know, all my dates that I had so far all went well. I do not remember ever having anything embarrassing happens. I guess, I just got lucky somewhat.

Okay you asked, don't take a drink...lol
My best friend married this guy. We went to school with him but he was a year ahead of us. My girfriend and I didn't know him well until graduation that's when she started dating him. He is portugese and I and my friend are not. I don't care for the way they live in regards to how the wife is supposed to be...and many other things. In other words I probably would not marry a traditional portugese man but I am not predjudice, I just dont agree with some of their beliefs. Having said that.. I put up with many blind dates from Carlos my girlfriend husband.
One time I said no, no more. But my friend begged me so she would have someone to talk to. Ok I agreed and she told me who it was... It was this guy Joe that we knew slightly from school. He was very weird, investigating big foot and giant terradactyls in the area...get the picture...NUT CASE.. So we go to the movies, we go out to eat and we meat up with tons of people we know..of course.. Well while we are sitting there and its loud and everyones talking..silence strikes.. and Joe says to Carlos, quietly he thinks, " I don't think she's big enough, this is what I like" as he flashes this horribly evil looking woman with giant muscles..I mean huge. Well since the whole place had gone silent...the whole place heard.. but they got confused as everyone wanted to see at once.. after a lot of wild noise, other tables were coming over to see and now they all thought they were looking at a picture of me because I came in with him... Oh my god I was about to die. I hid in the ladies room until my friend found me and everyone had left....lol Never again did I go on a blind date and I never will again. *PERIOD*

I think society is getting "crazy". Someone has way too much free time on their hands! Poor little fishy, that has to hurt!

My most embarrassing moment on my date was when i date with a girl when i was a student. I make a date with her to have a dinner on some place. She was glad to agreed my offer, and i pick her up at her house, and we drive to a resto & cafe. Everything was fine until when we finished the dinner, i was too shy when i am going to pay the bills, oh god i forgot to bring my wallet. She laugh on me, and she said never mind, i'll pay all. That was so embarrassing.

We went to a pro-hockey game, I started feeling queasy in the 1st period, the whole 3rd period I was in the bathroom. (Hershey squirts)
We started, to leave after the game, when I realized, that what was still in my stomach, was going to exit. I turned around to run back up the ramp to the bathroom. No one would let me through, until the 1st wave. Then it was like the parting of the red sea.
Again, I tried making it to the bathroom. No one would let me in, until the 2nd wave, miraculously everyone let me in then.
I was in there for a while, then security came and said people do it all the time, after they drink too much. I did not drink.
I spent the rest of the night at the hospital with food poisoning.

It would probably have to be the time I got sick from dinner...right in the middle of eating. I was puking for the rest of the night. It was pretty bad.
