badreligi I usually used some breads for my breakfast, it's more simple, and a cup of tea, but sometimes my girl make me fried rice or noodle instant. I personally prefered to eat some breads at my breakfast, especially when i have to work, so it doesn't waste my time.

badreligi I prefer to eat beef, because i don't like any vegetables and i am still afraid to eat chicken because of the flu bird, but sometimes i prefer to eat kind of fishes for my lunch or even my dinner. It more healthy i thought.

I usually switch my television on when i am going to sleep. I will make a timer for about 60 minutes and then it can off itselves, because i can't sleep if there is any voice or music on my room ;).
