What kind of foods do you eat to give you healthier skin or hair?

I prefer vegetarian foods like vegetable for that purpose .I also take egg and milk products for this purpose .These keep skin best during the winter season also .The skin problem and hair problem have direct connection with stomach problem .So i keep my diet balanced to avoid such problems .

I am not at all health conscious. All I do is cook my food in mustard oil which is relly food for the skin and hair that is what my hubby says.

u should not take aparticular food. it is healthy taking lla kind of foods which are available in ur town.

For me, I usually wash my face to keep it clean.fruit and water are also important for my life. I think everyone has his or her own way to keep good skin. You should do what is good for you skin and hair!
