Pretty much anything from "The Princess Bride" or "Pulp Fiction". There are quotes there for every situation. My favorite quote of all time would probably be
"Oh #$%^&! I just shot Marvin in the face!"

My all time favorite is a short one from one of my favorite movies. It's the Diane Keaton line from Annie Hall - "Well, Lah Dee Dah!"

Good one...we could do a whole page from Godfather Parts I & II (let's just all agree that Part III never happened).

i also like that one from Armageddon. it was quoted by the Russian character so the accent made it sound funnier.

"We're the middle children of history, man. No purpose or place. We have no Great War. No Great Depression. Our Great War's a spiritual war... our Great Depression is our lives. We've all been raised on television to believe that one day we'd all be millionaires, and movie gods, and rock stars. But we won't. And we're slowly learning that fact. And we're very, very pissed off."
-Tyler Durden, Brad Pitt, Fight Club

"Perfect love is rare indeed -
for to be a lover will require
that you continually have
the subtlety of the very wise,
the flexibility of the child,
the sensitivity of the artist,
the understanding of the philosopher,
the acceptance of the saint,
the tolerance of the scholar and
the fortitude of the certain."

I was awfully amused by (Captain) Jack Sparrow's heartbroken, "But why is the rum gone?" He looked so woebegone, it was awesome. :) Sorry if it isn't that thought-provoking, funny lines tend to stick better to my memory than,um, deep thoughts. Haha.

My favorite quote is from the movie The Matrix, the dialogue from Morpheus to Neo "Throughout human history, we have been dependent on machines to survive. Fate, it seems, is not without a sense of irony."
This is my favorite quote of all time ...
