I am 13 when I bought a manga for myself. It's title was "The Land of the Blindfolded". The story is wonderful and so is the characters. Being enthusiastic with it, I read it over and over again. After a month, I bought one again....

neuromantica Yes, actually. Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle is one gigantic crossover of all of CLAMP's works so far. Including CCS, there's also X, Tokyo Babylon, Magic Knight Rayearth, Kobato, xxxHOLiC, and some other CLAMP titles I can't recall right now. :)

neuromantica I was awfully amused by (Captain) Jack Sparrow's heartbroken, "But why is the rum gone?" He looked so woebegone, it was awesome. :) Sorry if it isn't that thought-provoking, funny lines tend to stick better to my memory than,um, deep thoughts. Haha.

neuromantica It's a jdrama (live action, played by Japanese actors), actually, but there's an anime version as well. Personally I prefer the jdrama, the art style for the anime doesn't appeal to me. Let me see if I can locate links for you, give me a minute.

neuromantica I've been reading xxxHOLiC too, I think it's awesome. Watanuki spazzing is the cutest thing on earth, and I lvoe how he dotes on Himawari. He *sparkles* at her, it's so cute. :) I like Doumeki a lot, though; and Yuuko's just fantastic.

neuromantica I love CLAMP's artstyle, but their storylines are sometimes too epic and angsty for my tastes. If you're into yaoi/BL, I find Taishi Zaou awesome. She has great comic timing, too. I also love Yukine Honami, but she does collaborations with writers, so....

neuromantica I have two: Howl's Moving Castle and Spirited Away. I love how nostalgic Spirited Away was, and I wished desperately for a happier ending for Haku and Chihiro.:( Howl's Moving Castle was charming, though; I like it better than the book.
