How many things will you cook in one day?

Again, I'm on a roll here. Partly because I have a rare day off, partly because I am awaiting the return of my dad from the hospital. So how do I pass the time? Well I made home made buttermilk waffles and froze them so we would just need to heat them in the morning instead of making the batter every morning! So I'm guessing I have enough for the week. Yeah, and the kids will probably be tired of them! I also cooked up 2 pounds of bacon for reheating on school mornings. I made baked potato soup, lasagna, meat sauce, meatballs and a roast beef! Help me please, I think I'm turning into my mother!

Lol well with all that freezing cold wind you have there at the moment then what better than warming you up and cooking! That baked potato soup sounds delicious! I'm not a very good cook and I am envious of you cooking like that - Everytime I try to cook something new it turns out horrible and I end up throwing it away - so I've given up now - saves wasting food lol!

Wow--you are doing fantastic. You may sound like your mother but just imagine how much easier your week is going to be. If you don't feel like making dinner, just pull out the lasagna. It is something I always want to do and never have the time to do!

I love cooking. I used to cook all the time but lately I have not had the motivation to cook. Some days though, I am just in one of those moods so I spend the whole day cooking whatever I can cook. Pasta, meatballs, corn bread, cakes, you name it, I can probably make it.
Home made buttermilk waffles sound delicious though!
