When you are overburdened with work and other obligations and your nerves get frazzled..how do you deal with it..
What are the ways you deal with stress ..what actions do you take to free yourself from too much stress and moving into a nervous breakdown?

I think if the stress is because of wokr the best thing to do is to take a few days out andspend it with your family and friends, going on country walks and othe things that remind you of whats important in life and that should hopefully stop you stressing out about work.

One of the most overlooked ways of reducing stress naturally is through proper breathing, because when we breathe properly our body gets the required amount of oxygen, our thinking becomes clear and we gain calm and composure. I have experienced the benefecial results of deep, relaxed breathing in reducing stress.
Here is a short article which explains how to breathe in a proper manner, just like babies(they breathe properly naturally, unlike us adults):

Sometimes I go for a walk, sometimes I listen to music, sometimes I rant.
Once I am done with all those things, I set out to remove what ever is stressing me, from my life. Many say that isn't possible but you would be surprised at all the ways you can manage to push one person far enough away with the vibes you throw, that they will be extremely careful not toupset you.

There are 3 things I do . I go for a walk , I go for a drive as I love to drive or I go on my hubby's exercise bicycle , I don't think it really matters what you do as long as you take your mind of what is worrying you if only for even a little while , Good luck to you , xx

I like taking deep relaxing breaths when stress out. The deep breaths help me in relaxing, supply sufficient amount of oxygen to my body, clear my thinking, give me time to think and deliberate before responding to the situation and thus help me fight stress better.
Read this short article on proper breathing to reduce stress:

that will be easy...to either attend daily mass or to play online games non stop..hehe..i know that is not healthy but when i start to play games, it will take my mind off things and i could really enjoy myself momentarily. usually, after some game time, i will find myself relaxing and not so stress.

When I am stressed, I usually go for a walk read a book, listen to soft music and have myself a hot cup of coffee.

When i am feeling stress, i take a break from whatever I am doing and go for a short walk. Even if it is just around the hallway at work, I will do that to ease my stress. If I am at home, I like to exercise and go for walks at the park as those make me feel better and more relaxed. A nice, warm bubble bath also helps me to relax and get rid of stress. I think exercise is the best way to deal with stress or just taking a break from everything and do something you enjoy.

Everytime you feel stress close your eyes take deep breathe like inhale123,exhale123 do this for several times and try not to think other things just free your mind to what is bothering you and the best one is doing exercise a mild one just to release toxins into your system. It does work for me theres no harm on trying...cheers
