redbutterfly27 As a theatre nurse I've doing this for almost 15 years now not because of the salary but I am still enjoying every minute of it saving others people lives makes me feel great and make me worthwhile in this world

redbutterfly27 Everytime you feel stress close your eyes take deep breathe like inhale123,exhale123 do this for several times and try not to think other things just free your mind to what is bothering you and the best one is doing exercise a mild one just to release toxins...
