no dear coke is not at all banned in india it is very much available like pepsi i agree with u on water and tat they are not gud for health but ... kul .. i was trying to find out wat was like a more generalized answer like ..... wat other's prefer in other part of the world .. as i told in india we like pepsi ... :)

I prefer Pepsi also.
But I had one of my Indian friends tell me that there was an incident with Pepsi in India where one of the bottling plants created some contaminated bottles that had turned a lot of people against Pepsi over there.

yes this is true but the actual thin is tat someone found out tat when his bottle or glass of pepsi fell on some plant which was infected by some kind of a pest ... the plant after a few days was ok so he realized tat there were pesticides in this pepsi and got it checked to his surprise and to the surprise of the nation we came to know tat they do use pesticides in pepsi but it is in controlled quantity lol ... :) tat is why there was a temp. ban on the thing ... :)
