No it is not addictive and yes I could live without it, but why should I deprive myself of some. LOL
Also medical research has shown that a little bit of chocolate is good for the heart, although dark is chocolate is better than milk chocolate, because of the anti-oxidants in it. That is a good enough reason to eat it. :)

Yes, I can live without it, but I love it! and yes, dark chocolate is good for you. I try to limit myself to dark, extra fine thins about two or three times a week. And indulge myself with a dark chocolate Milky Way bar maybe once a month.

I couldn't, no way. Even though I may only have it a couple of times a month, I wouldn't want to be without! I loooove the Russell Sover's truffles and Swiss-made chocolates...I'm not to keen on the French chocolate, thoughh - it's not nearly as sweet.

Humm. From what I've heard, eating chocolate can atually be beneficial to your health. Wikipedia says that dark chocolate contains flavonoids and helps control cholesterol levels. Also, pure chocolate contains anti-oxidants which aid better skin complexion.
To be noted is that these facts are true mostly for dark chocolate only.

I love chocolates and so does my son. WE both finish off one week's quota in one day. Chocolates with fruits and nuts are quite famous, My son likes white chocolates.
