tonight I think I'm going to make salmon with a side of veggies and rice. I usually bake the salmon and steam the veggies. I take a serving of salmon, wrap it in foil and bake it for about 20 minutes at 400 degrees. I usually sprinkle a seasoning on the salmon before wrapping it up, like lemon pepper seasoning or vegeta. I'm thinking I'll steam some broccoli tonight and make some jasmine rice. I love having salmon for dinner because its healthy for you and I love fish anyway.

We aren't have anything good. It was a busy night with making sure the kids got to eat before running to sign up for Little League.
So we only had cheeseburger hamburger helper. We were supposed to have stuffed peppers and mashed potatoes but decided those needed a sit down meal so that is tomorrow's supper.

Tonight was a rush night, so I just made tomato soup and toasted cheese sandwiches. Hubby is out of town tonight, so it's just the girls. It's a lot easier planning meals when he's not around! lol! The girls aren't as picky as he is! lol!

Well it's a toss up! Thanks to my fellow mylotians, I had 2 roast beefs in my fridge. I made beef stew and cut some into steaks, which I marinated and will wrap with bacon and fry up! So it's up to hubby which he chooses, the other is tomorrow nights meal. The kids had chicken fingers, but I didn't have enough to make for all of us, and I'd rather have steak, salad, baked potato and veggies!

Tonight I made fried chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy and corn. What does your family like to eat? Maybe make something similar to what they know and love to get them to eat different things?
