What would you do with $1,000,000?

Okay, this comes from my 11 year old daughter, but she's gonna drive me nuts if I don't post this. LOL She wants to know what all of you would do with a million bucks. I think I'd pay off the house, invest some, take a big family vacation. The usual stuff. She says she'd buy an IPod and her own house and I nice car for when she gets older. So MyLotters? What would you do with $1,000,000?

LOL! She says thanks, she needs a million dollars. Then she can go buy an I Pod and not have to beg us for one. She also said if you gave her a million her dad and I could still pay for her to go to college. She's sweet like that. LOL ;)

if i become a millionare..i guess i will fulfill my dream of world-touring.i will invest a little so that i will keep getting funds which multiply the rest will go in search of authentic food,places and relaxation!!

Well, I would buy a nice house, buy some cool techie gadgets for hubby, buy some collectibles that I want but cant afford right now. Will also help out my mom and secure my nieces college funds by investing now. And also, I will try to get the best medical care for some health issues I have. I want to get answers from doctors who will listen and give me englightenment on my issues. Also, go to Japan, in Puroland and visit Hello Kitty's theme park and have a family vacation with extended family.

a million dollars?!!! whew.thats like 50 Million Pesos here in the Philippines. what i am going to do is to have a house built for my parents which would cost around 5 million pesos,buy cars for them and for myself, i'll donate half of the money to charitable institutions and home for the aged centers. i'll keep some for my future children...

Well I would buy a house so I wouldn't spend my life paying off loans and giving the banks my money. Then I would get a ok car not the best becuase it might get banged up. Then finally I would give about $1,000 to charity for the poor and needy. Last but no least I would buy all the candy I could posiable get with all the money left so I get into the World Records books for the most candy ever. LOL

I'd invest it! As it's been pointed out, a million dollars really doesn't get you too far these days. But a million coupled with a financial planner? That sounds better. I'm not all restraint though -- I'd definitely splurge on something like a vacation to somewhere warm and balmy or a Hummer!

Sound like you have a sweet girl. I think million dollar is pretty good amount and I think I will know how to handle it. I would buy probably like 5 apartmans in my coutry and house here in USA. I would rent the apartmans our, so I won't need a work. LOl I would buy some nice vocations for me and my hubby , fix the house for my parents and buy something nice to my friends. And I would give somethign to charity too.
