My family usually hugs and kiss saying hello and good bye every time. Ot has always been like that i noticed someone else said this also and added because you never know when it will be the last time to see then for a while or forever or something like that. But we always do that because we are a close family . Id rather not think of it being last time for it...even though that is sort of burying my head in the ground every one has a day to go,,,,,,but i'd rather not think about it...Have had to say bye too many times.

When I arrive and leave my parents house they always want a hug and a kiss and I do the same with my children. In fact I usually make them at least wave goodbye and usually a hug for whereever we are, as I think its nice for children to do that to show their thanks for letting them go over.

In regards to my family and friends I greet them by giving them a hug and a kiss for if this person is coming or going as this is part of our culture and I think that it is very good to greet our loved ones in this manner. As you never know if anything happens to them and you did not do this then you will be the one that feels bad about it,.

In my family we all say hi and goodbye to eachother whenever we meet or part. We usually also give eachother a hug. I really like this as it, as you pointed out, make everyone feel good. We also always tell eachother "have a good night". With my parents we resite a small goodnight poem as well. These ways of showing eachother we care, apreciate and "see" eachother i feel is a nice treadition.

i do but sometimes it gets difficult when u are occupied. one can not keep sayin ghi and bye to one and all if one is busy doing something important. i think this is something girls are good at and we boys aren't.

Here in our country we are used to say our Hi and Hello's to new people in town as sign of welcoming them. I usually go and visit my relatives that have gone home and I usually bid them goodbye if necessary.
