How does payment at myLot work?

Hi. I've just registered with myLot and have posted on several boards. I was just wondering how and when a user receives money. I've been on myLot for a few minutes but I don't even have a fraction of a penny. How does this work?

you have to get $10 before they send it to you

At a certain time each day (around 1.30pm in the UK) you get told what your earnings for the day before are. You have to respond to lots of discussions to earn more money.
