The best thing, is yu have to create more and more topics, so that atleast when user searches of every 5 to 10 topics one of them should be yours..

The topic should be general where everyone can speak.
It should not be gender specific.
It should be the one which does not require much knowledge.
It should make people feel happy.

i think the topic to whom people are more searching for and are more eager to know much about. So it could be anything which include 2-3 good key words..
