I am a firm believer that knowledge is power. I try to learn all I can about everything that I can. I dont have much money so to be able to learn for free is something that I look for on a daily basis. I try to be a well rounded person. I try to learn as much as I can. I love mylot and gather for this reason. I am learning so much about different countries customs and the land. I love meeting different and interesting people. I love to share my knowledge while gaining more. I found this wonderful web site that lists free classes on just about anything that you can imagine. It is called Self Made Scholar and I think it lives up to its name. You will be able to find anything that you would like to learn at this site. Enjoy and Remember: Knowledge is Power http://www.selfmadescholar.com/classes.html

yes i do believe, knowledge is of two kinds. we know a subject ourselves, or we know where we can find informations upon it. this phrase make it clear "to know that we know, what we know, and that we do not know what we do not know, that is true knowledge". knowledge is the only instrument of produstion that is not subject to diminishing returns.

That's correct. And then there is good knowledge and useless knowledge - if your mind is full of trivia and absent of knowledge that is useful, practical and benevolent then you won't have much power.

yes, i do believe that knowledge is power as well... that's why i also always try to equip myself with something new everyday... my father always tell me that money can be stolen or gone if you can't manage it correctly... but knowledge always stay inside your head and go wherever you go until you die... nobody can steal it or take it away from you... that's why my father always make an effort to educate his children so that they can be independent and earn decent money by themselves which fortunately what i am trying to do now...

oh, i do agree that knowledge is power. more the knowledge u gain, better is your perception towards various things. but we shouldn't forget practicality takes us higher to success than mere bookish knowledge.

I am too a believer of knowledge is power. Knowledge is the key to many things, especially being successful in life whether it is your job or just the way you go about living and doing things. The more you know the better off you will be I think. There may be some things you do not want to know. That is good that you try to be well rounded person as I think many of us should want to be like that. I have learned a lot just by being on myLot and learning how others feel about different topics. I love my job because I learn and experience new things with my students. Thank you for this website as I will certainly take a look at it.

That was good of you to share the links. Knowledge is indeed power. Without knoweledge, you're nothing. You can achieve it by just looking around, absorb everything you learn like a sponge, even without the money. myLot definitely is a good place to gain insights on everyday and current issues. Meeting different people from all over the world is another plus benefits. Happy posting.

The main power of a man WAS Knowledge. Now a days Money has taken it's place. Everything n everyone is depending on money and not knowledge. i am not saying that money is everything. Knowledge is also one of the important part of our life. To have knowledge of difft. things and places is most usefull for us. But in this generation Knowledge is not the power.

Well i can half agree with it yea ... i believe that knowledge is the source of power , and how we used the knowledge to convert it into power is the critical part where lots of thinking , brainstroming , field works and expriences come about it yea

Hi, I do believe that Knowledge is Power. Whether you learn it by paying money or by free, "gaining knowledge" is most important. Only the person having knowldege can lead the life happily. I am and Engineering graduate, I love to read, browse and gain some knowledge out of it. I love discussing on a perticular topic. I would like to thank villageanne for sending this link. Keep sending if you find something like this.

Indeed I believe that knowledge is power. Whatever field you are working with if you don't have enough knowledge about it, the chances of becoming successful is so little. SO if a person wants to become successful in a field that he or she chose, one must learn every angle of it, otherwise success would be very far
