well in my opinion no, but then I am one who believes no-one has a natural right to anyones estate, people should onlu be entitled to someones estate if the person concerned feels they deserve it, spending a lot of time helping out in a nursine home I saw much of of people who didn't give a ounce for their parents only to come when they are gone to see what they could get, the deserving, the people who the person concerned really cares about.

No, not really. First off, nobody has a right to anyones estate, no matter what. Second off, it is usually unknown who the donor is, isn't it?

I don't think that anoyone should automaticaly have a 'right' to someone elses money after they die. It should go to who the owner wants to have it. If they want their children to have it then they need to state it in their will.

these 'donated sperm' kids are adopted kids and should be regarded as such. as an adopted kid myself, i have no rights to the estate of my birth mother or father. you'd be opening a whole can of worms, oh my aching puns, if you put donated sperm kids in the donater's estates.

I think it should not be happen because it is crazy for born child without legal father.I am sympathy to that child because maybe one day other people will tease him for not have legal father.I dont know why people have forget the good value?Maybe world will be end soon...
