What sort of stresses do you undertake daily? It could be kids, work, friends, or even an enemy you are battling. An ex-friend of mine has been causing me troubles lately, the whole ordeal has kept me awake at night, resulting in added stresses. Maybe friends or family are having troubles, and are depending on you to fix them. Perhaps your boss is adding extra work on your load. Do you have certain ways of relieving stresses? I like to ride my bike down to the beach to clear my mind, or take out my notebook and draw. Maybe you have some sort of ritual that helps you relax.

I have a lot of stressors, I even wonder how could someone we love and who loves us too be a source of stress. I can't help it but I experience it just by being with my partner, my mother, my sisters, brothers, relatives and yes even friends. I guess that's how life is and I just have to accept it.
To relieve me I always try to do everyday even for just a short period of time the things that I enjoy doing. Like Mylot for example, this is one of the things that relieve me of stress. I do gardening, cross-stitching, reading, talk to our pet - anything that interests me.

I am stresses out with all the worries of everyday life . I have seen my doctor about this and she would like me to talk to someone as my pressure is too high and she feels all the stress I am under is a factor in not being able to lower it ( one of the causes anyway ) .
I am not sure of any ways to relieve stress as I believe stress comes looking for us not the ohter way around and some people are just better at relieving stress then other people , I tend to worry about everything before it even happens lol .

Each and everyday we live our life is being stressed on some issue or the other.. Iam stressed on my passion to dance.. I have lost many days of fun right from the day we started to practise for SAARANG an IIT fest in India. Its a huge cultural fest.. and its the fest where many colleges all over India take part. Our college doesn't encourage cultural kinda activities.. So its a big deal in gettin permission from the Dean of our institution and taking part in a grand fest.. In this situation , myself being the team leader to represent our college had a sweet burden to make up a fit group of gals , who are all interested to dance.. Finally we did it and made up our performance. But, during the course of time, i gotta severe mental stress due to some problem in our troop and etc .. I alone did each and every part of work to make us good enough to face IIT stage.. Finally i was the one to get admitted in hospital..
My advice to everyone is dont stress much on your passions or interests or someth you love cuz it will affect the one and only "U" and nobody else....
Still.. what all i did is for my passion.. so am happy about everth that happened..

Well I am under stress not so much now that I got a job :)) I do worry still though and have stress. My parents cause me almost daily stress, the way they act, fight with me and my sister, etc. Plus my dad is always out of touch. It took him 3 weeks to figure out I was sick, and my sister has been sick for 2 weeks. So 3 weeks later he realizes we are sick. Yeah thats my dad! Huh.
My left knee, always a pain especially on the stairs at home.
My school work is stressful now cause we dont get guitar (still), I havent really been doing my tap and piano we are moving really quick!
I think that about covers it. Knee, parents, school. I'd say work but I dont start till tomorrow :)

Swimming helps me to relax, Super, and just looking at bodies of water and aquariums. And singing helps me also.

And also, Super, getting rid of a friend that I've associated with for more than forty years has relieved my stress. She was a person who could and would never tell the truth even when confronted about it.
But last December me and two of my daughters went to visit her for two days and I was shocked when I heard her admitting to and discussing somethings to my daughters that she decietfully acted like she wasn't concerned about to or with me.
So I called her on the phone and asked her questions about it and she lied again.
When we were at her home she had a walking through the fire seance under the quise of Christianty. And when I told her that the Bible says not to walk through the fire she had nothing to say about it. Cause I caught her off guard. And so she just said, "Is that all you have to tell me about?" I said yes and I haven't talked to her again. So choose you friend wisely. Don't overlook wrong and evil things that you see them doing under the flag of freindship. 'Cause if your friend does others wrong that friend will also do you wrong.

I suffer from stress a huge amount at the moment and I'm not at all sure what to do about it. I feel completely stretched thin at work, nothing I do seems to be enough, and I have all my other projects as well to get on with. I just can't see how to get it all sorted at the moment. I try to relax but always end up rushing off to do something so I'm probably my own worst enemy.

My classes and my daily schedule is already hectic, but what makes my days worse are my friends, they dumped me, and they did not even tell me why, simply dumped me, I am very off color nowadays, I can't face them anymore and feel like crying, I am very down and upset.

maybe you can listen to good music or do something as a hobby. This way you have something to do or look forward to doing. Or maybe watch an old movie, like the ten commandments or moses...

Honestly mylot puts me into stress sometimes. It sort of my brain was drained after doing plenty of responding here. Sometimes I really want to excuse myself for a while with these, but my urge is so immense that eventually I find myself very much into it every single day since I joined this site. But anyhow, I am happy of the outcome of my efforts. So far I am doing well here in my lot.

Stress is a state of mind. Once we understand that stress is a byproduct of disinterest. So once we conciously decide, we are not disinterested or focus on thing at hand and not future or past stress should be far away from taking over your life.
My 2 cents.

I am really frustrated by my tutor job.Actually speaking,I do love this job, love my student and his family members. And we r get along with each other very well,we have fun when talk with each other and having dinner together,it seems that we r a whole family. But there's always a stone pressing on my heart, i haven't help Tom-my student- improve his study much.I was hired to help his study by his parents but to play with him.But I've done my best. My big failure is i can't make him love study and
be voluntary to it.I nearly wanted to quit yesterday, but i didn't.I really cherish this relationship, what's more,i do believe i can teach him well. Now i have found news method to do my job.
And how do I get rid of my stresses? I have two ways. A: Buy myself what i want to buy ,especially food. B:Lying on the bed and thinking deeply until i find it turns to be unworthy to think anymore, and have a good sleep. When i wake up, it's a new day!

I undertake stress every single day...I have 2 active kids, a stressful work environment, and a nagging mother...hehehe...but I don't consider these as stress but as challenges...for me the more you think that these are stress the more you do get stressed...everyday once I get home I always take some myself time...i'd sit down read a book or just relax in my favorite chair...I just make sure that no matter how stressed I am I still get to have fun...

School is definitely a big one. My nana is breaking her back struggling to pay for me to go to school and she asked me to repay her by doing well in school. It's harder than I thought it would be, and I'm trying to make up for the slacking I've done the past few weeks.
Also, some friends of mine that don't really deserve the title of "friend" anymore. Losing them has been a very negative and painful situation. I'm trying to keep my head up and move on, though.

Stress reduction is a very hot topic of discussion in the current world as it has engulfed almost everyone from kids, children to grownup people. In school ,college and in office everywhere people are subjected to work load and hence stress in this fast world. Yoga is one of the best way to relieve stress. good movei or article reading will reduce stress to some extent. Music is also a good source stress removing item.It cools heart and mind.

Stress, stress, stress. They are everywhere. I think being married and having kids comes mostly of my stress. I am always worried about my kids health and safety. I am sometimes becoming paranoid and this causes stress. When my husband's salary is not enough I would think of other ways to help him with our finances but I can't help him at all because I can't find real money making programs. Then from this comes stress. But I have to fight stress and continue with life with flying colors and survive everything. I consider junk foods as my best friend because they help me fight stress. Junk food is my outlet for stress.

My work. Coz my workplace is far away from home. I have to commute everyday, wake up early. Aside from that, heavy workload added to the stress. And before I reached our home, it's already dark, night already. But I just been blessed to have nice officemates and the line of work I have is related to the course i've finished and the salary is fine.
