I'm an online shopper for the most part, except for the grocery store and Wal-mart for essentials. I love online shopping, it's so convenient for me. I don't have to mess with the crowds, shipping costs are lower than gas, and I can comparison shop without having to run all over town. I love it. I even buy gifts online and have them sent directly to my grandson. What about you?

I prefer to shop from a store . I love the different things and the variety you can get from online but I don't have the patience for waiting for something that I want now . I have ordered a few things off line but don't do it very often . I am always worried about the fact that I may not recieve what I ordered whereas in a store you know that when you pay for it , that you have it and you take it home with you right away .

I much prefer to buy stuff online because it is so much cheaper, you can do it from the comfort of your own home and I hate crowds and shopping at the best of times. However, there are some things I won't buy online like food and clothes. You can save yourself a fortune when buying stuff online because it tends to be far cheaper than buying it from the high street.

I find that if I buy things online I pay a lot less money for things because I search around a lot to find the cheapest price. If I go to the shops I tend to just buy something when I find it as there are less shops to choose from.
I do like being able to look round the shops and browse and see what is on offer, especially when it comes to shopping with clothes as I can try them on as well.
However when I know exactly what I want I look online and as long as the postage is cheap I will buy it online.

till two months ago i used to do most of my purchasing online. it seemed much more easier and partical. and i told my self liran you are at year 2007..please start to use all of the modern services.
but 2 monthes ago i did get somthing from a website that was supposed to be e-bey..and it turned out to be a fraud.
they's charged me a 100$ and i made a 1.95$ purchase..
so i did try phoning them but surprisngly the phone number was not right..and i did write a letter to their customer service informing them about the mistake..but the letter was never replied..i got so angry.
i called my credit card and told them about a fraud and a few days ago i got my money back from the credit card company.
so now i am more careful..

Well I never prefer buying online since you don't get first hand experience of how the product feels and looks.moreover I've had some bad experience after buying online.many times u don't get what u ordered..either they change the color or the size of clothes. And when you buy urself from stores you get the chance of shopping and won't be robbed of the wonderful time you get to spend outside with your hubby or friends!

I love shopping online. I can compare prices and get the best deal on whatever it is I am looking for. Saves a lot of time, don't need to drive from store to store, guess it saves gas to!

I do make purchases online when I have complete knowledge of the item that I am buying. Typically I restrict online purchases to items like books and software. Sometimes I might even buy some T-shirt online, but that's it.
More often I would buy electronic goods etc directly from the store rather than online.
Cheers!

I much prefer to buy something from a store where I could TOUCH the product hehehe ! I donno, It's more reassuring for me ! And on top of that, I don't particularly prefer to give out my credit card number by the internet even if its safe I donno ..I still have issues with that even though most of the time it is completly safe.

For me it depends what it is. I like the easiness of online shopping but it is not always practical if you need the item quickly as things can get held up in the post or something.
Clothes i always buy in shops so i can get the right size straight away, its annoying having to send it back and re-order another size when you can get it all sorted in 10 minutes in a store. Other items such as books or cds i will buy online, but thats mainly because you can get them cheaper that way.
I often go to the store to find out the price of an item and then check online. Read a few reviews and then purchase. Its surprising how much money you can save doing this. I brought a new digital camera a few weeks ago, it was £50 cheaper online than it was in the store.

It really depends on what kind of items i'm buying. if it's things like shirts, stationeries, accessories, i'd prefer buying them online. As the weather here is mostly hot in malaysia, i like the idea of the parcel posted to me without having me to go out.
if it's more expensive items like diamonds, computers, mobile phones, watches, i'd prefer to go to the store to get it.
but then i also don't mind buying things like notebook from a trusted and reliable site like dell.
i really like the idea of shopping online as it saves me from traffic jams, crowded malls, time looking for parking space, parking fees, fuel consumption, and so on...

It depends on what kind of product i'm buying. if it's shirts, books or stationeries sometimes, i'd prefer to buy them online. As the wheather here in malaysia is hot, i like to stay back home.
But if i want to purchase things which are more expensive like mobile phones, gold bracelet, diamonds, i'd prefer to buy it from the store.
But then again, if they comes from a reputable and trusted site, i don't mind getting them online too, like buying my notebook from dell.com. I like the online shopping idea as it saves me from traffic jams, parking fees, fuel consumption, looking for parking space, crowded malls.. and etc..

I love online shopping for household items and jewelery and most of my birthday presents and Christmas presents are bought online , but I like to do grocery shopping in the supermarket , I enjoy grocery shopping and I like to pick things from the shelf on my own and check they are fresh and not passed their sell by date. there isn't a sniff test online and I like to sniff if things are fresh too xx

I prefer to shop on-line when I know exactly what I want. It is often cheaper and can be delivered to my door.
If I want to ask the people in the shop questions and get their advice on a product then I go to a shop. I also go to a shop if the item is prone to breaking down. It is a lot easier to get a replacement that way.

I like to buy online because I can purchase exactly what I want without having to drive. It is very easy and convenient and I have a chance to really research the item I am purchasing. Sometimes the item I am looking for is not available nearby and I would have to drive a long distance to purchase it. For instance drawing papers and painting supplies.

I usually like to buy from a store. I'm the kind of person that likes to actually touch the item and check it all out before I buy it. Also I think that it's easier to return something in the store rather than packaging something up and shipping it back.

I always buy directly from the store - department stores or shopping malls, grocery stores for clothes, shoes, gift items, appliances, groceries, etc. Although I have not tried buying online even though I have credit cards, I still prefer to go to the shopping malls. In that way, I can scrutinize the products that I am buying, and see if there are defects. Moreover, malling is one of my pastime, so I like dropping by at shopping malls.
