They have just used the name of religion to create controversy I guess. There was a war between taliban and american government and not inter-religious war. Taliban and Osama Bin Laden themselves are birth of America when they were trained to fight against Russia. When America got all the benefit from taliban they just said bye bye. Taliban ruled in Afghanistan. I guess it was a backfire from Taliban for America because of this reason. They used religion just to propagate their message more intensely. This is what is my view and Islam teaches peace so these are Talibani Terrorists and not Muslims who are doing this.

you my freind are incorrect i have done a lot of study of islam this is one of the reasons i am so adamantly against it I have read the quoran and many other religious studdies on this subject so i am not speaking from ignorance but from Knowing!there is an arab word "ijtihad'that they need to utilise but are not allowed by the faith to do so !ask a muslim friend what it means if they would do this i would respect them more

research with an open mind is much different from research with religionism on your mind. you read it because you wanted to debunk it, not because you were searching for "a path". I ask you to read the bible and try to debunk it as well. Also, the koran has been taken from the bible, so anything wrong you find in the koran has its origins from the bible.

then it will never be done for "ijtihad" (an islamic tradition of independant reasoning )is forbiden to them so how then can they confront its evils?
