At the moment it seems that the whole world is against me, nothing is going the it should be. This morning i woke up to find out that the one of my shoe is missing and later on i spoke with somebody on the phone in which we had some hated words and i broke down after that call.
What will you do when you are such a situation, are myloters with me today.

You do not need to feel depressed just because one of your shoes was missing in the morning. There are much more serious problems in life. Hence my answer to your question: maybe you don't need to dramatize the events that occur around you, just take it easy and things will smoothly work out for you.

Life is hard for everybody. I guess we just need to take it day by day.
Good luck to you.

When I'm sad, I play with my son, go out for coffee or sleep. I just make myself forget the problem and clear my mind for a while so that I can come up with the solution.

I think what you had there is just some bad hair days. Don't worry, every one has their "bad hair days" once in a while. You can't have all the cheerful days all the time of your life, can you? Don't worry, i'm pretty sure things will turn out better, sooner.
I sometimes experience this too, that everything is not in place and suddenly feeling mad at no one. This is pretty common. (Are you having a PMS?) In that case, PMS could also cause this situation.
On the other hand, "clinical depression" is a different thing. It's not just "some hard times" or just "some bad hair days". It involves chemical inside your brain and a lot of things that it produced from that cannot be controlled by you or your mind. I've experience clinical depression. It wasn't easy. It won't cure just "after a few months".

well it really depends on what happened to make me feel depressed. Some days i just stay to myself and go to sleep early. Other days i need to have a ciggarett. But most days i come home and just kick it with my nieghbor. She is really good about listening most of the time. Of course she has her own issues that she is dealing with as well. Which is understanable. She is under stress to so we use one another to release it. Talk about it and stuff makes us feel a lot better.

Life isn't always a bed of roses. It's the thorns that make a rose beautiful and exciting and so is life. Accept the fact that problems are part of life and you have to be open to this thinking. Every problems has a solution. God never gives you problem that you can't handle. Prayer really do wonders, never stop praying. Trust God.

I go to the church and reflect with my problems or heavy thoughts.. and then somehow little by little it seemed that I feel lighter. Just have faith.

aaah...some days, it feels like life is an uphill battle. I had a morning like this, nothing as upsetting though, but water spilled all over the bed and a small argument with my husband. I am trying to recenter myself with some fun projects, but it seems like everything is going wrong.
Okay, sorry this sin't very helpful. I just wanted to let you know that I'm in the same place right now. I think I'm going to go and try to do something that I'm sure will go right.

I can understand what you are going through. When you are having a "bad hair day", anything and everything seems wrong. You can miss your shoe when it is just staring at you. You can be shoved to one side accidentally when you are not even blocking anyone. You can queue for an hour only to realise the person before you had taken the last piece of what you want.
It happens.. if you want to blame someone, blame Murphy. :P
But don't let it get the better of you. Mope a little if you want to but get over it soon. Have a warm shower, have a good night sleep, enjoy your comfort food.. whatever. Find things that make you happy and do them. You will feel better soon. ;-)

when I feel depressed,I usually found my best friends to have a chat,if I am just so unlucky that all my friends are busy, I will listen to music or go to the cinema.

Well, sometimes its unavoidable that we feel depressed for the day..but for the health its not a good side, i believe in Meditation which will balance our mind and helps to be normal at situations
