My Opinion About The New Blogs !

I must admit that this new feature is good, and now we can discuss about many things here. The only problem that disturb me is that the articles in the blogs are long, and will spend a lot of time of reading them instead of discussing about regular and daily problems here. This is only my opinion, and I wanted to share it with you. The all idea of adding blogs is good, but too hard to respond to many of them because of the length of almost every blog here.

Yea, it's an interesting thought, but most people aren't going to want to spend all that extra time bothering with the blog thing I don't think. For starters, the comments that we make don't even appear in the comment section of the blog - just on the mylot section of the site, so I can't even tell if the person that wrote the blog is getting my response, or what.
Oh well, maybe it'll grow on me later, but for now, I think I'll just stick on the regular conversations.

Yea, but all the blogs that I saw, had no replies from anyone on here, and that's not really fun conversation wise either. I like to go back to my conversations and see if anyone replied to them and things, but do the bloggers come on here and see if they are getting responses to their blogs, since our comments don't seem to show up in their comment section in their actual blogs?
I don't know... I guess I have to play around with it more before I decide what to do lol

I was pretty shocked to see that blogs were added to the site. I doubt I will use that feature because, as you said, a lot of them are long. From what I read, people are just cutting and pasting info from sites and trying to drum up responses to their posts from the blogs.

i agree with you. it took me about two to three hours before i finally gave my remarks to just one blog. how much more if i pay attention to 2 or 3 blogs! it's really time consuming on our parts althoug the intention of mylot is for us to be more informed and authoritative in giving our opinions.

I only took fast look on the blogs and the news but I agree that it will not be very popular with mylot members, it takes too long to read and I'm still not sure how we get only those in our interests..
but for news maybe we can read it here instead of other sites, I do this online and if I leave a comment here I will get some earnings for it too, so I guess in the future; I will be checking for news at mylot first before going to other sites.

Yes, the blogs is a good feature.But we are taking it as just our normal discussions on different topics that's why we are feeling a bit uncomfortable with them.About there length,etc.
I more thing, as the length of the blogs is long myLot must have taken it into consideration while determining the payout rate for them as they are quite logical.The only thing which I feel bad is that they are from USA only, as mentioned by myLot but I am wating for the time when they will get blogs containing topics from other countries as well

ah. i agree with you. articles here are long and as a new with poor english i sometimes need lots of time to get through the articles..! i have a blog where i write down my dairy. sometimes my dairy is long sometimes just make a discussion. my friends could share their views with me by leave message me in my blog. i think it is a good way to share my life with my friend^_^
