There really are times when I want to have most of those, and there are also times where I prefer to not include them on my the meals I eat. What I like about it is that, it adds up a certain appetite, especially when all of the foods we're gonna eat also are hot. Most of the times, I use tabasco and jalapeno, because that's the common spice that I can find in our outside our home.

If you would eat food with 2 pieces chilis and eat food with 200 chilis. the level of hotness will be the same.. the hotness of chilis could only get upto an extent. My families originated in the Philippines in the province of Bicol. Bicol province is known for very spicy and hot dishes. We actually have what we call BICOL EXPRESS which is pork sautéd in coconut milk and chilis!! we consider chili as vegetable.

I love hot foods! I eat tabasco on my eggs or hashbrowns in the morning. I love jalepenos with fried chicken or barbecue -- but only the pickled ones. Fresh ones are too hot for me in this instance because I like to nibble off of a pepper in between bites of food. But I do love really hot salsas with fresh jalepeno in it! I've got a friend who makes a great fruit salsa with mango, kiwi, strawberry, and jalapeno. SO GOOD! If you don't like hot foods, you could just put in a tiny bit of very, very finely chopped fresh jalapeno. I also eat pizza with pepperocini (i'm pretty sure I misspelled that) or banana pepper slices on it. I also love the new lip glosses that have recently come out with pepper in them. They are usually called "lip plumping" glosses and they make your lips tingle a little.

I don't like really hot and spicy food. I'd probably skip all of those. Even when I have chips and salsa, I prefer the mild variety.

Before, I couldn't eat if there's chili in it or if there's hot sauce in the meal or food. However, I guess I've learned to appreciate it and now I prefer using hot sauce especially with grilled food. Just medium hot chili/hot sauce will do.

i like hot sauce a lot, but on daily basis i too prefer eating mild chillies as i suffer from acidity and if i take hot sauces and chillies on daily basis i gt into trouble.
