some people cant eat their meal without anyone of those, do you like it also? how hot can u go?? i prefer mild chili only..

ichinbybes i always have a piece of chili in my everyday meal, i crushed the fresh chili in my sauces, either soy sauce, fish sauce or vinegar. it gave more appetite with my meal

today is my daughter's 13th birthday

i'm very proud of her, she's growing up as a fine & lovely lady. We are very close and we're the best of friends. when we are still together, we always go out and watch movie every week. how i miss all those times now!!

ichinbybes i'm not a good cook yet, i'm just starting to learn to cook. i've tried a couple of recipe and some didnt turn out good, maybe if i wanted a certain recipe and if i have to perfect it, it'll take me 3 or more times of trying it before i can perfect it.

ichinbybes i have to speak fluently of nihonggo as my husband is japanese but its really hard for me as i easily forget the words i have to look at dictionary all the time, but with a little more patience i can perfect it for sure.

ichinbybes my all time favorite Palamig is Sago at gulaman with coconut milk and arnibal.. thats reall good specially in hot weather like philippines , its reall refreshing!!

Being a filipina now living abroad i do really miss filipino foods. Kare-kare, Pinakbet, sinigang, laing, tocino and many more mmmmmmmmmm yummy!!

ichinbybes my favorite pinoy foods are adobo, sinigang , kare-kare with a very good bagoong, i like relleno and grilled bangus at tilapia.. here in japan i cant eat all that so i have to wait for my next vacation to the phils.
