Could you post the URL of your site?
The usual problems with Firefox / IE compatibility stem from the fact that IE is rather 'non-standard' in the way it renders some aspects of a web page.
I build sites commercially and during construction I view the site in Firefox and IE alternately, just to make sure that things are going reasonably well. Usually the differences are in terms of positioning of items on teh screen, size of text entry boxes, stuff like that.
If your hosting company offers you access to the Logs, then you can check what browsers people have used to access or try and access the site in the logs.

The problem is i'm using geocities and .co.nr so my URL www.moneyonline.co.nr doesn't seem to work. I've been told i need to find a host and if i'm doing to do that i think i should get a domain too.

Definitely Firefox. IE has always been way worse. It's true that the latest IE version is really better than the preceeding ones, basically because they've copied stuff from opera, firefox etc. But i still prefer mozilla...simpler and even though it takes a bit to load it, once it's started it's swift. And of course, mozilla won't bug you with authentications, as IE does.

Hi, well up until a week or so ago I used explorer 7, but was so blimmin fed up with it crashing I've switched to Firefox and it seems that I'm not alone either, lots of people are switching over. I use a Mac at home and that uses Safari might be worth checking out if people can view your sight using this browser too as lots of people have Macs too.

I have both, but use Foxfire most of the time. I keep explorer just for the games and sites Foxfire can't handle.

That's interesting not being able to view your site using Firefox. I use Internet Explorer as my main browser, but I also use Firefox sometimes. Hope you find out how many visitors you are missing out on linz.
