Pens....Blue, Black, Red....Which one?

I prefer blue pens because they are softer to on the eye. And more pleasing to look at. Black looks like kind of heavey. I only use black for official and important documents, because some says it is more appropriate then blue ballpen. When I was in highschool though, my favorite pens, were of the color silver and gold. I used them especially for stationaries and other cute things like decorating my notebooks. (^^,)

Here it's very impolite to use red pen to write to somebody. Usually it will mean to end up a relationship, such as finishing the friendship. So blue or black pen will be a common way to write. I like black ink pen, because it looks formal and clear.

I like blue better than black. but if it's not white paper it seems black works better, more readable. red only if I have no other pen or just because the paper color will kill other colors.

I use blue and red pens most of the time. The red ones are primarily for when I am editing, because they show up very nicely against printed text.

I like black fine or super-fine. I write big, so if the pen isn't fine, it takes up a lot more room. I also write messy and fine pens use less ink. LOL

I think I like black better, however, I end up using blue more because I heard that black biro is harder to see at night... I don't understand how and why, but all the same, I just go with the crowd.

I agree with you and perfer blue pens. I am atually very particular about my pens at work and request certian ones when we make supply orders. I think the blue is much easier to see on a page, especialy when you are making edits or notes on a document. It's also more soothing to my eyes. It seems a little odd I think, but I really do notice a difference.

I prefer blue, but I'll use black ink if I have to. I'm with you, I think that blue ink stands out more and looks neater on paper for some reason. I like using all different colors on my calander though, like for one class I'll use purple ink and for another class I'll have it in pink ink...know what I mean? I kind of color code things:)

I like to use green ink or purple ink, I seem to like to be different. My husband thinks I am crazy, but oh well!

Well, I was going to post a discussion asking this, but checked before doing so, so I didn't want to repost it, so just responding to yours instead. I have to agree with you on all accounts.

i use red and black pens. black for everything that i write and red for me to highlight items. i use black because it looks more professional to use.

i use all different colored pens i like the ones that have 4-5 different colored ink in thems

I like using both black and blue.The color really does not matter to me,just has long as it works.

Oups, Its about the ink. So, I use only blue inked pens.

I use only plastic pens. They are white or yellow. I don't buy expensive ones, just because I loose them.
