Is Drinking a lot of vitamins good? or is it something bad? Well, I've grown up in a family, who were really health conscious... as in totally! Everyday, i drink almost 15-20 tablets or capsules or liquid vitamins......

potatonate23 I really dont think people should take a whole bunch of vitamins just because it has been shown that over taking them can cause problems to your body.
