What kind of routines have lost you the most weight?

Mine was when the two black thugs were trying to jack his car and he caught em! He then proceeded to curb stop the second thug! AWESOME!! I LOVE this movie! Whats your favorite part?

I once had to wait two weeks to get my cats flea medicine! I felt SO bad! They were itching! Don't you wish there was assistance that could be given to pets in time of need?

Sylar for sure. . .but I'm getting a little frustrated because they can't keep him on the same side! I just want him to be EVIL and KILL all the humans for the people with powers!
