How come some people fall asleep instantly once their head hits the pillow? I do envy them. I normally sleep at 3 or 4 am and wake up at around 11 or 12 noon. I have a home-based job so I can sleep and wake up whenever I want. But...

Preeti_saini hi.. i too had d same problem long back during my vaccations.. actully i hand nothing to do except relax n watch movies or work on pc.. it happens whn we are idle.. nothing to do we dont even get tired.. so i started jogging.. n exercise as my daily routine.....
