Dyllan Berwald I completely understand that. It is unfortunate to read about people such as yourself. It may take years to get back to where you were or where you want to be, but it is not impossible. Your progress will definitely be slower, but I would not stop trying....

Dyllan Berwald I agree, I work 12 hour shifts. After awhile you get into a groove and it is not so bad. Just starting out and fitting your diet and workout regimen around everything can be tricky.
