princess_523 and oh btw, i also received a ring from my ex bf... it was also the best gift, since that was the ring that i was eyeing on for almost 3 months, and i didn't expect that he will bought it and gave it to me... but sad to say, we broke up on my bday... :(

princess_523 when i am sad or depressed, i take out my notebook and write, i let all my emotions out thru writing... and i have loud music beside me even if it is a slow music. After writing, that's the time my feelings subside, then i go out, and i take a long walk......
