South Beach Diet

Some day I'am going through a diet program. The name of this diet is south beach diet. But my body felt weak. Sometimes dizzines. Do I need to stop this diet? But I want to have a slim stomach. Any suggestion?

My lovely cactus

I was given plant-cactus 2 years ago by my sister friends. My sister and I start our first green job- take care of the cactus. When I first see the cactus, it is still small 'baby' because it is produced asexually from its parent...
