prudens07 Thin or fat, in my opinion is not a problem. But with the record, I'm not too thin and not too fat. Because of all the excess, not good for us. But I don't agree with the opinion that a healthy mind in a healthy body.

prudens07 I used to read every day. I didn't master the material if I have to learn when approching the test. Because it just makes me stress. Learn while listening to music really fun. But don't listen to melow music. Melow music makes me sad and can't concentrate.
