How do you not let depression get the best of you, without medication? Any ideas? Would love to help some people out with some ideas of what to do & how to cope.

pussinboots3 There is no easy answer to depression. Medicine can only deaden the emotions and then only for a short time. Talking to other people can and does help, and you have already taken the first step by being on this site. I lost 2 wives to cancer and I still have...
