It's been so hot around here lately, so I've started taking several showers daily just to cool off. After a nice shower or bath, my blood pressure goes down and sometimes, I get sleepy. That's not so good, in the middle...

quicksilver_shoti19 i feel refreshed after taking a bath. it feels great after taking a bath. It's like i just unleashed the heat inside my body caused by the hot temperature nowadays.

quicksilver_shoti19 most of the time i eat fried rice with eggs and bacons for breakfast.sometimes i just drink a glass of milk.to preserve my figure i do regular exercise to burn fats and take my vitamins.

quicksilver_shoti19 I like to watch action movies, one of my favorite is The last castle. I am much comfortable purchasing movies in retailers (odessey). My wife and I enjoys love stories, horror, drama, comedy and action.
