sleeping well is on top of my list for feeling good during the day. we all need to have some sleep to prepare the fast and exhausting tempo of our daily life. but having a hard time sleeping has become one of the biggest problems...

qwenjfzs i think I must sleep for more than 6 hour,if lower than it i will feel sleepy in my daytime!i think sleep is so good and it can improve my work better!~

qwenjfzs i love DH best for it have a very quick speed in the game,and it can kill many people for he can run after ! thats very important! one sec is deffierent in this game! and he can do the HIT AND RUN thing! is funny
