rafan i decided to fill some fats around my neck area ,and i need to gain at least 3kg before end of this month. so i need to do that. i just want to get rid of ppl comment on my body. thanks for caring me..

rafan i agree to ur view that eating should be pleasurable experience. but at my earlier time, i was not bad at eating. but nowadays this has become a big task for me to finish a plateful of food. anyway i will keep ur advice in mind. thanks so much..
