what is the best parenting advice you have ever recieved??

...my great grandmother told me that back in the day they browned flour in a pan then cooled it off,stored it in a can for diaper rash...alittle messy...but it sure works...for thrush in the mouth or yeast rashes on the bum...rub...

i find now in my 40's i no longer believe alot of the beliefs i was taught as a child...i still respect the religious views of my parents and love them dearly...but life has taught me to question many of the things i was told are...

i consider myself very blessed to be musically gifted...it comes easily to me..i don't take much credit for it as i was born with this ability...yes i had to practice...but i enjoyed it..it was never "work"...i have a strong...
