Recently,I find that I am still tired after all night's sleep.I am wondering if sleep is the most effective way to relax oneself.Maybe some other activities are more helpful to people who feel tired and want to regain energy. So...

rajesh3382 ya ofcourse. sleeping is one and only way to relax. whenever i feel very tired and feel very sad immediately i will goto bed. after that i feel very relax.
