ralph12345abc I use either of the two Total Video Converter or SUPER to convert my videos.They can all the available formats. Just Google them out and you will get them,SUPER is free but Total Video Converter is a paid one.

ralph12345abc Advertising is the only option as conversion rate is low as you said and if the payout is high you might not be active enough to reach it.So try for banner or PTS thing if you can as that might be of some worth rather than PTC.
