ranjitrgeorge An very good analytical response. You are right about heavy instrumental music, it excites the mind. But sometimes the adrenaline rush empties and you feel in a drained sleep. Thanks for responding and God Bless!! :-))

ranjitrgeorge I agree with you. Classical piano music with slow melodic rhythm is a great sleep inducer. Thanks for responding.

ranjitrgeorge You should definitely try it out. Try searching youtube for nature sounds. You will much nature sounds and music. My personal favorite is rains with thunder.

ranjitrgeorge Have you tried contacting them? State your issues in an email to them and see how they respond. They have their contact address on their website. Even then if they don't respond, leave it :-).
