movie or the book?

Did you find the movies better or the book. I found the book really exhaustive where as the movies were really superb.

rational_soul It invariably depends on whether one has enough time to read the entire book, or can manage to scrape in only a few hours to watch the movie. For instance, I could read "the Godfather" book by Mario Puzo, but could not go beyond a few chapters in Tolkien's...

rational_soul Lord of the Rings wins hands down! No doubt, both the movies have fantastic story lines and appeal to the general mass, who are out there to get a break-away from the drudgeries of life. Call it escapism, what matters out of a movie is what you learn from it....
