Many people are still there in this world who do not get food for days,so we can contribute by at least not wasting our food,giving some to the poors,donating some money to them,bcoz these little efforts can make a huge...

during life there are several ups and down in our life,sometimes we are happy and sometimes we are sad but life teaches us not to loose heart,get up,rise and work constantly till our goal is achieved.

when somebody betray your trust it hurts both your mind and soul,it also teaches us not to repeat that mistake,friends are good but be selective in choosing them bcoz it matters A LOT.

today i have a busy day,summer is getting hotter n hotter although i am in medical proffession but people are coming to me mainly with heat stroke....i advice all those to drink plenty of water,juices so that they remain hydrated...

yesterday when i was shopping in the mall,it was a grocery store a person standing right next to me is picking out lot of chips packets,suddenly he said i know it is bad for me to eat these i must work out ,avoid these things but...
