As I see, Now a days, new generation wants their business and they want to start new business with new ideas. It is not that they are not earning in Jobs but they are finding business is a great thing to put efforts and earn...

Mounica Reddy Yes many of them are trying to plan their own start ups. The main reason I think is because there's no security in their current jobs.
