rayzhon hmmmmmm i prefer refering them as an online acquaintance as I believe that a friend is really someone whom you really know, not some guy/gal on the net which you had never met before. My 1 cent worth of thought

rayzhon nothing is as effective as drinking enough water everyday and having a healthy dosage of fibre in your daily meal. eat more vege and fruits and it will help by allowing a smoother release. other than that.....i recommend laxative...

rayzhon I believe there are other civilizations much like ours in the universe. No one can deny the fact that it is impossible to be 100% sure that there are living things out there but there is still a possibility that another planet much like ours may exist.
