rcking09 I have been involved with paid survey sites for quite a while and not once has one that ever required a fee not been a scam. So 99.99% sure that would be a scam.

rcking09 It is not hard to get approved to postloop. You only need basic english grammar skills. My english skills are not even close to perfect and I was approved rather quickly.
