redrose88 some people just believe in getting up the ladders as fast as possilbe. they sometimes do it in the expense of other people. usually without realizing it but at times they are back stabbing others on the way up....

redrose88 true it is an unethical practice, but it seem to be use by a number of people to get up the ladder faster than others. they don't care where they are stepping people along the way..
