i want to find referrals for my ptc and i heard there are some websites where you can find your referrals. anyone knows about it?

I have bought a cellphone just recently and it was a reconditioned phone..it has a warranty of 3 mos but i really want to refund my money already..i have been going back to that store for 3x and still they can't give me a decently...

regist i am sorry to hear about that . you are so unlucky.if you know the consumer support line number,i suggest you call them and get back your money.it's better than waste time with the unhonest seller.
