CJay77 I normally fall asleep on my left side and I do moves a lot when I'm not sleep maybe because I'm trying to get comfortable with my position. And I'm not sure if I do the same when I'm already asleep.

drpriti Hi, Exercise and balanced diet both are necessary to loose weight. If you find it difficult to exercise daily exercise atleast thrice a week.

xhaylea I hardly ever lay on my back i don't think, or my tummy. I normally just lay on my sides with my hand on my head lol
