richkidteam better and healthier to drink mineral water. my family has a small store room for mineral water, which we took by ourselves every 2-3 weeks, free, and fresh, from a mountain nearby. hehee! ^^

What are the benefits of ice cream?

I'm a fan of ice cream every time to go shopping do not forget to eat ice cream. I wonder if eating ice cream can make the chubby not? Do members here know the benefits of ice cream?

richkidteam ice cream? yeaa it may help us relieve stress! that's one of the benefits.. maybe you should try yogurt ice-cream, you'll get even more benefit. ^^

I was just watching the news and Ive heard this all this week as well. A piece of body was found in the mail in Ottawa then again in Montreal. They are looking for the individual they think are responsible for this. But...

My mom broke her shoulder bone this time

Last time it was her wrist that needed operation, now on the same hand, she broke again, I am sad today I saw her crying for help, we send her to the hospital and operation will be done in next 2-3 weeks. I did not have any money...
